Okay, so I know it is a little late, but we have been a little busy around here. Last week we had a small water issue that has become a big headache, but hopefully we are on the mend. Anyway, Halloween came up quick. Personally I don't love this holiday. I hate trying to figure out costumes and don't like spending a lot of money on them. Really, they wear them once and usually that is it. Every year I feel so guilty because my kids love this holiday so much and I'm not very enthusiastic about it. This year the kids were not too hard to do. The only problem is they wait so long to figure out what they want to be. Next year I told if they don't have their costume idea early, they are on their own. Well see how that goes. We started off the day with a parade at the school. Then I helped in Sky's class, and then went over to Tay's class for a bit. After that I came home got Cam ready for school and went back to the school for the afternoon kindergarten parade. After school the kids were so excited. Trick-or-treating couldn't come soon enough. Sky went out with some of his buddies and I took the rest of the girls out with some of their friends. I always volunteer to take them when the weather is warm. It was really nice this year too. The kids got to spend more time out which meant a ton of candy. They were pretty excited with all their candy. It was a fun day.

Here is a picture of Sky and his buddies. They decided to dress up as people from Napoleon Dynamite. Sky was Rex Kwon Do, one friend was Napoleon, and the other was Kip. They were really funny.

A look at our pumpkins. We got a bunch of small pumpkins this year in our garden. Too small to carve, so the kids ended up painting them. We also had to get some to carve too.
