Every other year I let my kids have a friend party for their birthday, so this year for Sky's party we decided to take a few of his friends out boating. The weather has been so warm, so we decided to do it. We dropped the girls off at my sisters (thanks so much), and headed out to the lake. The water was a little cold, but they didn't seem to mind. We let all of them try wake boarding and then we did some tubing. The boys did great at wake boarding. For most of them, it was their first time every trying. I think that the tubing was probably the favorite though. They are so funny; they wanted to go fast, and over as many waves as possible. I got some pretty great shots of them getting some air. Once we got off the lake, we took everyone out for dinner and then took them all home. It was such a fun day, and one of the easiest parties I've planned yet.

Ryan is STILL talking about it. Best party ever, he says. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pics and the fear on the boys faces as they are catching air! Hilarious. We are so lucky to have you guys as friends. :) You're the best. I can't believe Skyler is 11. It's crazy. I love that our boys are such great buddies.
