Last night we took down the crib and put up a bed for Drew. I just felt like it was time. She was so good in her crib, that we left her in there for so long. We had talked about it for a few days and she kept saying that she didn't want a big bed, so I was a little worried about how she would take to the bed. Well, she was really excited. She had been playing outside while Andrew took down the crib and put the bed together. When she came in and saw it, she had the biggest smile on her face. She had the best reaction too. She climbed up on it, layed down and said, "I'm comfy." We were laughing so hard. I can't believe how big she is getting. It makes me both happy and sad. As we were taking the crib down, I kept thinking that this was the last time that it would be up in our house. It's a weird feeling to finally be coming out of the baby stages; we have been in them for almost 11 years now. We are definitely looking forward to the new stages to come, well at least I think we are.
Sitting on her bed for the first time. We still need to make a trip to the store to buy a bed spread, but it works for now.
She looks so tiny on the bed.
All the kids hanging out on the bed before they went to bed. They were all so excited for her. Taylor really wanted to sleep on the floor in Drew's room.
Good night my little Drewbie!!
