4th of July

The 4th of July was a fun day.  We had a nice relaxing morning hanging out; the boys went mountain biking; and after that we went swimming and had a barbecue.  We ended the night by going to the Real soccer game.  Cam's soccer team was picked to walk the team out onto the field, and she was really excited.  Skyler was a little jealous, he really wanted to be the one that got to go out on the field.  Maybe next time.  The kids looked so small next to those big soccer players, but it sure was cute.  I was a little nervous that Cam wouldn't end up doing it.  (She tends to be a little on the stubborn side.)  But she did great.  They walked out holding their hands and stayed with them through the National Anthem.  The players were really cute to the kids too.  After that they came back to our seats and we watched the game.  After the game they let everyone down on the field and did fireworks.  The kids all loved them.  It was a fun night, and an experience that hopefully she will remember.

Waiting to walk out with the players.
Camryn is with #3.  Of course she is the smallest on the team, and they put her with the tallest player.
Getting ready for the National Anthem.
The kids watching the fireworks after the game.  It was the best part for most of them.

Dad hanging with two of his girls.
Cam loved the fireworks.
