I can't believe that this day is here. She still seems to young to me to start school. I can't believe how fast time goes. She was so excited to start kindergarten, she could hardly wait all morning. I told her last night that after lunch it would be time to go. So at 9 o'clock this morning she asked me if she could have lunch. What a funny girl. She is going to be such a great student. She loves to learn, and loves to make new friends. We have already gone and meet with her teacher and Cam loves her already. This is going to be a great year! It's just hard on me. I'm going to miss my little buddy in the afternoons. That was our time to play games and color. Luckily it's only half day, next year will be crazy. I'm really excited for her though. She has been waiting for this day for a long time. It's hard to see your older siblings go to school for so many years and have to wait your turn. I love you Cam!
Working on her first paper. The parents get to go for the first 30 minutes to help show them how the day starts, then we get to say good-bye. She couldn't wait for me to leave. And yes, I did cry the whole drive home. It's hard to watch your kids grow up, but it's exciting too.
