Loving My Garden!!

I love this time of year. This is when we start getting all the vegetables from our garden. It seems like it takes forever when you plant them in May and don't get a whole lot until the first of August. But it is well worth the wait. Our garden is doing really well this year. The last few years our beans and cucumbers didn't work out, but we are loving it this year. Right now we have zucchini's growing out our eyeballs. Last year I bought a book called "Zucchini Houdini", it is full of zucchini recipes. Our goal is to try something new every night. We have had some really yummy recipes that have come from the book. I never knew there were so many ways to cook zucchini.
