Lake Tahoe - Part 2

On Sunday, after church, Grandma Geri did her activity with the kids. She brought up shirts and little wooden dogs for the kids to paint. They of course had a blast. I wish that I would have taken a picture of all the kids final product, but it was crazy. S of course had to make a shirt with a big 32 and Jimmer on it. He is a little obsessed with him. The girls shirts turned out cute and they wear them all the time at home.

Happy Painters!

A few more of the kids painting.

We had quite the set up. The kids had fun.

On day we packed up lunch, towels, sand toys and everything else and hit the beach. It was a great day. The sand wasn't the best. It was very rocky, but no one seemed to mind. The kids had a ball building and playing in the sand, and in the water. The water was freezing though. No one ventured out very far, I think it was a little too painful. The highlight of the day was water balloon volleyball. I think everyone around us thought we were crazy, but we had a blast.

D and her cousin who is 11 days older than her.

C loving the beach. Do you notice how much snow is still in those mountains? No wonder the water was so cold.

Happy Girl!

Playing water balloon volleyball on the beach.

We were quite the scene whenever we went anywhere. We had so many kids and so many bikes. They all did great though.

Our annual picture of all the cousins, except for two of them. And we have an extra. Aunt Jill is in the picture because Jake didn't want to go without her.

A picture of our family.
