Another year has gone by and Sky is another year older. How can my one of my babies be 12? I remember bringing him home from the hospital like it was yesterday. Time has gone by so fast, and he has grown up to be an amazing kid. Yes, he tortures his sisters and drives me crazy sometimes; but I couldn't ask for a better kid. He is so smart and does so well in school, he is very active and good at almost everything he does, and he is such a big help to me. Most of the time I don't even have to ask for his help, he is usually right there asking what he can do. This birthday is a big one too. Today he received the priesthood. It was so crazy to see him up on the stand being sustained, and then later to listen to the blessing that Andrew gave to him. It was a very special day, and I'm so proud of him and his testimony of the gospel. I am one lucky mom.
Opening presents in the morning before soccer games. He got some clothes,
a basketball, Lego's, and a new alarm clock.
This is the cake that he picked out this year. He is slightly obsessed with Nike Elite socks, so we made him a sock cake. It was pretty funny!
