On Monday night Skyler had a banquet for basketball. It was a dinner for all the boys who played with the Copper Hills teams this year. There were around 200 boy that played. They awarded 2 awards to every team; and MVP award and a Most Improved Player award. Then for every grade 4-8 they gave out a Grizzly Award (Copper Hills mascot is a grizzly). The Grizzly Award was to recognize a boy who was not only good at basketball, but was a good student and person. The awards were voted on by all boys on the teams, and Skyler received the Grizzly Award. He was so excited, and had no idea he was getting it. I am so proud of him. Way to go Sky!!

You are not only recognized as a good basketball player but also as a great person. Nothing can beat being a great person, not even basketball. I love you. Grandpa Holmes
