Trip to Goblin Valley

The first part of April we decided to get the trailer out of storage and head south for a little camping trip. The kids were so excited to finally be able to go camping again, especially C. She loves going camping. We decided to go to Goblin Valley. We had never been there before, so we were excited to try a new place. There were 6 families who went with us, so of course our kids had plenty of friends to hang out with. It was so much fun, and it is a very cool place. It's amazing to look at all the rocks and even better you get to play on them!! The weather didn't turn out to be the best, but we still had a great time. It was really windy and a little cold, so a couple of the families who were tenting it took off early. This is definitely somewhere that we would love to go again.

Dad and D. She was great on this trip. She just loves to be outdoors.

Can you see S popping up?

Here is a picture of most of the kids who were with us. They had so much fun playing in the "Valley of the Goblins". They played kick the can and sardine tag over and over. We were lucky that we didn't lose any kids while we played hide and seek.

A look at the "Valley".

Me and D hanging out on the hike.

C loved to get drink after drink from the camelback.

I had to post this picture. S has his arm around his sister. This never happens, and if he sees this picture on here, he will probably be mad. Oh well, I love it!

T on top of the rocks.
