Learning to Snowboard

I promise I will post about Christmas later, but I had to get these awesome pictures up of S. Yesterday he went snowboarding for the first time. For his birthday, he got a snowboard that came with a lesson, so yesterday he and his dad went up for the lesson. I wish that I could have been there to watch, but A said he did awesome. He spent the first part of the morning learning the basics. They would practice on a small hill, and then walk back up. After lunch, he was able to get on the lift and ride down the bigger hill. A and my brother went up and spent the day boarding, while he was in his lesson, and then they were able to take him down a few times after his lesson was over. He had so much fun, and can't wait to go again. It's fun to watch him and his dad get so excited about something together. I think this is something that they will love doing together for a long time.
